I've been a proud member of the Triple-I team since January 2006. My career and goals can be defined in one simple concept; Do what you love and you will excel at it. It's hard to find a workplace where people are excited, engaged and have passion about what they do. A workplace where they love what they are doing and want to be there doing it. Triple-I is in many ways my family because they want to be here just as much as I do. The people who I work with love what they do... they are the best at it and are passionate about it. Pursuit of excellence isn't a motto hung on the wall forgotten in the day to day; it's a daily action that happens by desire. That kind of environment is exhilarating.

I love working for Triple-I. I get to do what I love and I get rewarded for it time and again. Never before in my career has there been an environment where this excellence is not only expected... but appreciated and rewarded. Truthfully, I wouldn't want to work anywhere else, and I don't see that changing any time soon.

The specific project I have worked on for Triple-I has been one of the best managed projects I have ever worked on, anywhere. I have been a Technical Recruiter since 1984 and have worked for several large National/International consulting firms. Triple-I is by far the best place of employment I have ever experienced in my career. The reason for this is that Triple-I is as professional as any firm I have ever seen, but maintains a very personal touch/feel when it comes to dealing with its employees. The management at Triple-I genuinely cares about their employees. At Triple-I, people feel that their words and opinions mean something and feel empowered to make things happen - but not at the detriment of family and personal issues.

The unique thing about the working environment is the lack of political positioning. Because of this and the emphasis on collaboration, I can concentrate and focus on doing my job which is to attract the best qualified people in the marketplace today. I never feel like I have to spend anytime covering my back. People at Triple-I do not look to place blame, but rather to collaborate and analyze how to avoid making the same mistake again. Triple-I looks to learn and looks forward as a team.

The people at Triple-I are just plain nice people. The environment is totally based on an open door policy, and making sure that everyone is accessible in order to keep the lines of communication flowing as effectively as possible. It is the type of environment where personally I look forward to coming to work, and interacting with my peers because it is fun. That may sound corny, but it is true. People at Triple-I work hard and are very driven to be successful, but never at the expense of losing perspective of what is really important which is keeping relationships positive and having fun so that people enjoy coming to work. I have been at Triple-I since 2005, and I am as excited about coming to work today as I was when I first started. It is a great place to work, and I cannot think of anywhere else I would like to be.

Working the past two years at Triple-I has taught me more than I ever thought would be possible in such a short time period. The opportunities to learn new skill sets and add to my current ones have been many. Still in the early part of my career, I have been exposed to many new areas that will be used for many years to come. My team of co-workers is one of the most cohesive teams I have seen. Everyone knows their part, does their part with extreme diligence, and makes sure that everyone is aware of what they are doing and the impact it has on what others are doing. There is a strong willingness to help others and share knowledge to benefit the others and the team. I continue to learn as much from my co-workers as I do from reading books and other publications.

The employees of Triple-I are second-to-none. The administrative staff are well versed in their areas and are quick to get you any information you request and will follow up and make sure that your questions and inquiries were completely answered. Another area that Triple-I excels at is the chain of command. Upper management is outstanding at getting important information to everyone. They also work hard at making sure that employees are recognized for their hard work and dedication to the company, not only to the employee, but to the rest of the staff as well.

Many companies try to hide much of the "inner workings" of upper management and where the company is headed, but Triple-I informs its employees of all current and future endeavors being pursued by the company. This not only shows that they care that their employees are “in the know” but also that we can ask questions and learn more about what impact the company is making and where we are headed. Success reflects on the business as a whole. At Triple-I, that success is then reflected to all of its employees letting us know that we are what makes this company shine.
